Its hardness reaches 90GPa, melting point is 3550 degrees, density is 3.51, and the product combines the high strength and toughness of hard alloys with the super resistance of natural diamond molds, overcoming the limitation of natural diamond only producing small aperture molds. At present, the production aperture range is 0.70-150mm, and the service life is 100 times that of hard alloy molds and 10 times that of polymer molds. The key is that whether it is hard alloy molds or polymer molds, the drawn products cannot reach the smoothness of nano molds. They are widely used in industries such as wires, cables, welding wires, welding molds (low-carbon, medium carbon, high carbon steel wires), stainless steel wires, precision pipes, shaping pipes, wear-resistant parts, etc.
